Vulcan Quasar Gas Wall Furnace

- Available inbuilt of console.
- Natural gas and LPG.
- Some units have electronic timer.
- Colours;  Brown sided & beige, all beige and white.
- Made between 1984 and 1997 approx'.
- Very popular appliance.
- Many variations made, most look similar to image.
- Was subject to a product recall in 1996.
- Most parts still available.
- Should be serviced every year as they are over 20y/old

Vulcan GB/GC Series "Burwood"
- Late 60's to early 70's.
- see below (Vulcan 09) for other information as these heaters are similar to the 09 series.  Can be serviced and repaired.

Vulcan 09 Series "Burwood"

-Early to Mid 70's.  Some older models have a metallic grey/beige painted finish.  It should have 5 radiants.
We can still get new fans and many new parts for this model.  In fact it is a very good heater.
Some old oil heater converted to gas look similar, except the controls will be on the right hand side.

- Colours; Wood grain, beige and grey.
- Made between 1977 to late 80's.
- Most parts still available.
- Should be serviced every year.

-  Gas Assist can still supply new fans, burners,thermostats  &  radiants/candles.
-  Ideal replacement for this unit is the Rinnai 2001

- Available inbuilt or console.
- Natural gas, some may be LPG.
- Brown, Beige and Silver Beige.
- Early 90's to present.
- All parts available.
- Can be serviced every two years.
- May also be branded Pyrox.
- Gas Assist can service this heater.
