Some common questions we receive about AquaHeat Heat Pumps?
Q: They look like some other heat pumps on the market so are they the same?
A: They do look a little similar some other brands yet they are lot different. They are manufactured to meet the specific requirements of AquaPlus, however that's where the similarities end. They also have a different control panel and modes of operation.

Q: What is the warranty of the AquaPlus system?
A: If it is installed by us the system qualifies for an 8 years parts and labour warranty on tank and compressor. We are an approved installer.

Q: Are they noisy?
A: They do make some operation noise when operating as do all heat pumps. They are rated at 43dBA. You can set the timer so they do not run at night^.

Q: What temperature can the tank be set to?
A: They generally heat to 55 DegC, this assists with efficiency and running costs. It still carries out a sterilization process once a week to meet standards requirements which is above 60 DegC. It also assists in tank longevity as the enamel is not getting over heated.

Q: I have seen other brands looking similar such as Aquatech and Apricus. Is it the same?
A: No, they are totally different brands and models.
