Q: They look like AquaPlus and Apricus heat pumps, are they the same?

A: They are similar in looks yet a lot different mechanically. They are totally brands with different features

Q: Do they still work in winter?

A: Yes.

Q: Are they noisy?

A: They do make some operation noise when operating. 43dB

Q: What temperature can the tank be set to?

A: We normally leave them set to 60 DegC - tba.

Q: What is the warranty?

A: The standard terms are 5 years on tank and compressor in Victoria.
